Cancellation & Refund Policy

Uthavu Software values customer satisfaction and strives to offer a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order.
  • Requests may not be entertained if:
    • The order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant.
    • The shipping process has been initiated.

2. Refund & Replacement Policy

A. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Report issues to our Customer Service Team within the same day of receiving the product.
  • Refund/replacement is subject to verification by the merchant.

B. Product Not as Described

  • If the product received differs from the website description or your expectations, notify us within the same day of delivery.
  • Our Customer Service Team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.

C. Manufacturer Warranty

  • For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 16–30 days.
